  • The benefits of practising yoga as a man are many. Yoga increases your flexibility and strengthens your muscles, improves joints and you learn to let go. There will be a focus on the male body and the special conditions that apply to staying healthy, strong and mobile throughout life. Through the breath and focus of the positions, we will work with the whole body.
    Yoga additionally perfectly complements other sports.
    Here are no expectations that you have the knowledge or experience of yoga - just come as you are.
