Drop-in classes is for everyone. We offer All-Level, Level I-III. As well as Hatha Iyengar-Vinyasa and special need classes and workshops with international teachers and Retreats around the world.

We have many weekly classes for persons with whiplash and concussion. Please look under " Pas På Hovedet "
