24 days of online yoga every day.

A single yoga position per day- live video as well as still photos and some good advice. Whats not to like dear yoga friends. When the 24 days have passed, you have a whole program to practice according to. The entire video with the many positions and their variations will be available for purchase on my online portal on my website after December 24th.

We so much need the feeling of joy, hope, strength and togetherness.

So that's why I have now started filming 24 small yoga positions and their variations, so that every day on facebook and instagram you get a position you can "play" with.
All you have to do is sign up for my Copenhagen yoga on-line on facebook, and you will be able to follow every day. And you can also follow my Instagram profile if you prefer.
