Private Yoga is the yoga that improves your overall health and balances your mind, body and spirit.
Private yoga is also for people who have special needs or for some reason wich the privacy and depth of one on one yoga. You can also be a small group or as a business solution.

These therapeutic classes are all in danish. The program is meant for people with post symptoms from concussion, whiplash and stress. Introducing the therapeutic yoga method with gentle yoga and mindfull breathing to bring balance and vitality into your body and your life.
